Aspen Recruiting provides a variety of recruiting services to our customers including:

Contingency Search:

Our service is designed to complement the in-house recruiting efforts of our client. Contingency search services consist of candidate identification, screening and qualification, client interview mediation and scheduling, negotiation assistance and reference checks. All candidates are initially pre-screened and interviewed for technical competence, interpersonal skills, and job fit. Candidates are profiled for a client including a candidate resume, as well as supporting documentation showing accomplishments and capabilities, strengths and weaknesses. Aspen sets up all interviews including providing company information for the candidate, coordinating interview location(s) and timetables for all subsequent interviews. In addition to being an active member of the interview team, Aspen provides constructive feedback for the candidate and client to calibrate the success of the interview(s), and assess the fit potential of the candidate. Aspen recruiters stay involved as needed to close the loop with client and candidate, and provide an invaluable link to each party. We provide competitive information as needed to formulate compensation packages, and aid in the development of complex agreements requiring additional research such as visa information, relocation programs, and stock options.

On-Site Recruiting:

Aspen Recruiting has developed a unique approach to On-Site recruiting. We work with clients in a way that utilizes both strategic thinking and process development, and upon completion of the contract our clients are left with a standardized method for sourcing, tracking and hiring outstanding candidates. The Aspen Recruiting on-site recruiting program is ideal for high-volume staffing needs. The Aspen Recruiting method for creating a self-contained in-house recruiting program includes all phases of the hiring process and incorporates the use of a database tracking system that captures all relevant candidate information for current and future hiring.

College Recruiting:

Aspen Recruiting develops College Recruiting programs and works with clients as an additional resource through program implementation, including recruiting strategy, college selection, setting up and conducting campus interviews, as well as aid in the hiring of graduating students. We have programs available for On Campus Recruiting (OCR), Summer Intern Programs (SIP) for all major Universities.
